Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

We strive to ensure your order arrives quickly, and safely. If there're any issues with your order upon arrival, please email us and we will do our best to make sure you're satisfied with your order.

We take great care in our packaging whether it's waxes or live plants. We want it to get to you in healthy and in one piece, so there's no frustration or disappointment. We understand that temperature can affect affect our waxes or plants, so we take extra care in packing during summer and winter to ensure it arrives to you unharmed.

We pack our plants with as much insulation as we can to ensure there is no cold damage to your plant, however, it is in your plants best interest to add a heatpack if your area is going to have temps at or below freezing. We understand that damage can still happen though, so we encourage you to immediately contact us with photos of your plant and we will do what we can to make sure you're satisfied. 🙂

During winter and summer months, we will strive to ship out at the beginning of the week (Mondays and Tuesdays) so that your order does not sit in a warehouse and get cold. We do not ship on Fridays or Saturdays so your plant doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

Our promise to you, the earth, and sustainability.

All of our packing materials are made from either sustainably farmed plants, or recycled materials. Including the tape. Compost away!

  • Recycled Paper (the boxes)
  • Bamboo (tape, paper & bags)
  • Hemp (string)
  • Compostable Biopeanuts (for wax orders)
  • Organic Cotton Fibers (for plant orders)

These are all compostable! However we encourage you to reuse the box, and jar first 🙂
There’s no need to throw anything away.

We’ve got great ideas on how you can reuse your glass jars as well!

We cannot accept returns on live plants, seeds, or produce.

If your plant is damaged, please email us ASAP with photos and we will do our best to reconcile the damage so you can be satisfied with your order.

We can only accept returns on candles or wax melts that have not been used, and are in their original condition.

If there is a problem with your order, and your order is not correct or was damaged, please email us and provide us with your order number, and a picture, and we will either provide you with a replacement, or refund your order.

We unfortunately cannot provide refunds for arbitrary reasons, such as not liking the scent.
